ProtectMy Ltd ("ProtectMy", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 15913947. Our registered office address is C/O Mjb Avanti, Office 12 Epsilon House, West Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 9FJ.

ProtectMy Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Innovative Risk Labs Ltd (FRN 1018860). Innovative Risk Labs Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under FRN 609155. 2. Our services

ProtectMy Ltd provides embedded insurance distribution services designed for sharing economy and peer-to-peer rental platforms. Our services include:

• Facilitating access to insurance products for platform operators and their users.
• Providing integration support and technical guidance for embedding insurance at checkout.
• Acting as an intermediary between platform operators and insurance capacity providers.
• Supporting claims notification and administration processes.

Please note: our insurance offering is currently in development and not yet live. By registering your interest or submitting an enquiry, you are not entering into an insurance contract. Full terms and conditions specific to any insurance product will be provided separately before any cover is arranged.

3. Our regulatory status

As an Appointed Representative, ProtectMy Ltd is permitted to carry out certain regulated activities on behalf of Innovative Risk Labs Ltd. We are required to act in your best interests and to provide you with information that is clear, fair and not misleading.

We are required to comply with the Financial Conduct Authority's rules and principles for businesses, including the Consumer Duty where applicable.

4. How we are remunerated

ProtectMy Ltd receives remuneration in connection with the arrangement of insurance products. This may include commission, fees, or a combination of both. The basis of our remuneration will be disclosed to you clearly before any insurance is arranged on your behalf. You have the right to request further details about our remuneration at any time.

5. Your responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to information that may affect the services we provide.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Business.
• Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Where you are a platform operator, you also agree that any insurance offered through our integration will be presented accurately and fairly to your users, in accordance with our integration guidelines and applicable FCA rules.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ProtectMy Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProtectMy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services or this website.

Nothing in these Terms of Business limits or excludes our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
